An initial capital call-off of an expected 65–75% of the capital commitments will also take place in December 2022 and will be used to finance the first two investments of the target fund. In collaboration with Energy Infrastructure Partners, a portfolio manager with an exclusive focus on the energy industry, the investment group offers investors access to assets that contribute to a decarbonized and more secure energy supply in OECD countries worldwide. With an exclusive focus on OECD countries, the investment group’s investment strategy focuses on four types of system-critical energy infrastructure in these markets: assets that generate carbon-free energy; assets that transport energy, like power grids and transmission networks; assets that add flexibility to energy systems; and assets that store energy, like grid-scale batteries and pumped storage power plants. November 10, 2022	Launch of a new investment group for Pillar 3a pension funds On November 29, 2022, the CREDIT SUISSE INVESTMENT FOUNDATION (CSA) is launching a new investment group for Pillar 3a tied pension provision with an average equity component of roughly 100%. The CSA Mixta-BVG Index 100 investment group makes indirect investments in equities worldwide via indexed funds. Investments are made in accordance with a benchmark, i.e. the benchmark is replicated with the same weighting for all of the securities it contains (physical replication). Equity investments comprise between 95% and 100%. The investment time horizon should therefore be at least 12 years. At least 80% of the foreign currency exposure is hedged. Together with its broad diversification within an individual asset class, the investment group is also distinguished by its low management costs. The subscription period for the initial issue of units will run from November 14 to November 29, 2022. Daily issuance and redemption of units will be possible from November 30, 2022, onwards. December 18, 2020	Benchmark adjustment for CSA Real Estate Germany The investment group CSA Real Estate Germany has been managed in EUR since October 1, 2019, and was settled in EUR for the first time on December 31, 2019. Due to the change of reference currency from CHF to EUR, according to the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) it is no longer possible to have a benchmark comparison with CHF-denominated investment groups (business real estate index of the Conference of Investment Foundation Managers [KGAST]). Therefore, after consultation with the portfolio manager, management has decided to no longer reference this benchmark. Owing to the lack of viable alternatives, there will be no comparative benchmark mentioned in the future.
