You can request a power of attorney by phone. Before we can set this up, you must have the following information available on the authorized representative:

• First and last name
• Date of birth and nationality
• Address and country of domicile
   

We will then send you the power of attorney by post for your signature. The power of attorney will take effect once we have received the fully completed, signed document.

You can easily change your telephone number via Online Banking. To do so, click here. Alternatively, after logging in you can click on the «User information» button at the top right, and then select «Personal Data». You can then change your telephone numbers by selecting the arrow at right.

When moving away from Switzerland, there are always a number of things to take into consideration besides the relocation itself. Here are a few tips for handling it with the bank as easily as possible:

• In order to file a change of address, we need a written instruction signed by the account holder.
• Depending on the destination country, it may be necessary for you to observe certain forms and procedures with regard to taxes and tax formalities. Since the original copies of each of these forms will be required, we recommend discussing this with us before your departure.
• In addition to these forms, we may require an authenticated copy* of a current ID in some cases. Having such a copy made abroad can be inconvenient.
• Please include a telephone number we can use to contact you with each of the documents submitted.

*The simplest option, which is free of charge, is for the new management board members / administrators to visit a counter at a Credit Suisse branch in order to have an ID copy made.

If you are already registered with Credit Suisse for another client relationship or if there is a signature registry for your authority in which you are included, please send us a copy of the deed of appointment and an indication of which relationship you are already on file for. We would then be happy to send you the documents requested.
 

If you are not yet registered with us, you will need the following documents:
 

• Deed of appointment (copy)
• Completed and signed specimen signature (PDF download)
• You can request online banking via the following link once we have registered your signature. Please select the first option, 'for myself.'
• Authenticated ID copy or reference relationship for which you are already on file.

If there are any documents you need at the same time, please let us know when you submit these documents. Please note that adjustment, including the review of your documents, can take one to two weeks. We will then send you the requested documents and login data.
