You can make changes directly in the MyCSX section of your online banking account. Depending on which products you already use, you can make the following changes:

• Open extra accounts or request additional Debit Mastercards.
• Change your Debit Mastercard cash withdrawal option.
• Open CSX Plus, CSX Pro, and CSX Platinum credit card lines.

Change MyCSX

It is very easy to switch from the White Debit Mastercard to the Black Debit Mastercard (or vice versa).
 

You simply need to initiate a card switch for the different debit cards in online banking:

To access your CSX account from a tablet pc or another cell phone, you must install and activate SecureSign on this new device. To setup the device, you will need
 

• The device
• Computer with internet connection 
• SecureSign Letter*

Installation
 

1. dowload the Credit Suisse CSX and the SecureSign-​App on the new device
2. visit www.credit-​suisse.com/newdevice on the computer
3. enter the user ID and your personal password
4. you will receive an SMS code sent to your cell phone. Enter this code in the appropriate place
5. you are now asked whether you have the SecureSign letter. Continue with 'I have the letter' or order a new one*
6. open the SecureSign app and scan the yellow SecureSign graphic on the letter
7. if the setup does not complete automatically, enter the 8-​digit number in the appropriate place (enter code manually) on your computer  

Login
To log in afterwards open the Credit Suisse CSX app on the device and log on with your personal credentials.

*The letter arrives 1-2 business days after account opening or re-ordering in the process.

To access your CSX account via computer, you must first download and install the SecureSign app on your smartphone.
 

Then go to https://direct.credit-​suisse.com/ on your computer and enter your user ID and your personal password. You will then see a blue framed SecureSign graphic. Now open the app on your smartphone and scan the graphic. Then enter the code in the browser at the appropriate place.
 

Important note
This procedure only works with the smartphone on which you have opened your CSX account. To use the SecureSign app on another device, follow the procedure described in the article 'How can I access my CSX account from a tablet or another smartphone?'. After activating SecureSign, you can log in as described above.

For the feedback 'Oh no! We apologize but we are unable to onboard you via this app.' there are several reasons. Firstly, for legal and technical reasons, our partner for video identification can only cover certain types of ID documents and not all countries. On the other hand it is also possible that a technical problem has occurred.
