Existing clients: Associations / condominium associations with an account with Credit Suisse
In order to change the signatory authority vis-à-vis the bank, we need the following documents:
- Signed minutes of the last meeting documenting the election of the current management board members. In the case of condominium associations, a signed copy of the administration agreement or minutes of the owners' meeting where the new administration was elected.
- Authenticated ID copies* of the management board members / administrators providing specimen signatures.
Please note that adjustment, including the review of your documents, can take one to two weeks.
New clients: Associations / condominium associations without an account with Credit Suisse
We would be happy to send you the opening documents in order to open a new account for an association and/or a condominium association. Please send us the following information/documents first:
- Signed minutes of the last meeting documenting the election of the current management board members. In the case of condominium associations, a signed copy of the administration agreement or minutes of the owners' meeting where the new administration was elected.
- In the case of associations: Copy of the current articles of incorporation.
- In the case of condominium associations: Land record extract (dated within past 12 months) and bylaws of the condominium association (copy).
- Authenticated ID copies* of the management board members / administrators providing specimen signatures.
Please note that the opening, including the review of your documents, can take up to two weeks.

*The simplest option, which is free of charge, is for the new management board members / administrators to visit a counter at a Credit Suisse branch in order to have an ID copy made.
