Managing products or master data

You want to switch from an individual account to a banking package (only companies domiciled in Switzerland are allowed to do so)
 

... and you have an online banking access with a sole signatory right:
-> You can easily switch to a banking backage via online banking: swich to a banking package.

If you should not see this function, please open your online banking and go to 'Accounts and Cards' to 'Corporate client package' and click on 'Activate now'. Afterwards, please select the desired banking package 'Startup Easy' or 'Business Easy'.
 

... and you do not have an online banking access with a sole signatory right:

You already have a banking package and an online banking access:
-> You can easily open another sub-account via online banking: sub-account opening

If you should not see this function, please open your online banking and go to 'Accounts and Cards' and click on 'Package overview'. There, click next to “Business account” on “+Add” to open another sub-account.
 

Please note:  A maximum of three accounts (two within startup easy package) can be opened via online banking. If you need more than three accounts (two within startup easy package), the procedure is the same as if you had no online/mobile banking or banking package.

You do not have a banking package or you do not have an online banking access:
-> Please contact us by telephone. Alternatively, you can also contact your client advisor directly. Contact details can be found on your account statement. 

A signatory person from your company already has an online / mobile banking access:
-> You can easily request online / mobile banking for an additional person via online banking: request online / mobile banking.

If you should not see this function, this person can open the online banking and go to 'Products and Services'. Then, click under the subcategory 'User Rights' on 'Add new signatories'. You can now click on 'New request' in the upper right-hand corner and then enter the personal details of the person being allowed to have an online / mobile banking access in the future.

No signatory person from your company has an online / mobile banking access:
-> Please contact us by telephone. Alternatively, you can also contact your client advisor directly. Contact details can be found on your account statement.

A signatory person from your company already has an online / mobile banking access:
-> You can easily request e-documents via online banking: request e-documents  

If you should not see this function, please open your online banking and go to 'Products and Services'. Then, click under the subcategory 'User Rights' on 'Add new signatories'. You can now click on 'New request' in the upper right-hand corner and then enter the personal details of the person being allowed to receive e-documents in the future. In step 3, 'Define rights', please select 'None' under the category 'Signatory power'. Then select the desired right under 'Online banking access' and, finally, 'Yes' under 'Does the new user need access to electronic documents?'.

No signatory person from your company has an online / mobile banking access:

I need a bank confirmation

... without an official signature from Credit Suisse
-> Please go to 'Accounts and Cards' in your online banking and under 'Accounts' click the account for which you need the details. Then click 'Account details' and finally 'Print PDF'. There is no charge for creating the PDF.
 

… with an official signature from Credit Suisse (e.g. business-related bank confirmation)
-> Please contact us by phone or alternatively contact your client advisor directly. Contact details can be found on your account statement. Please note that ordering a simple bank confirmation costs CHF 75.00.
 

... for my auditors
-> Please send by mail a written request to your client advisor to receive a bank confirmation for your auditors. Please note that ordering a confirmation of the business relationship costs CHF 300.00. If you do not know your client advisor's mailing address, you can send the letter to the address below:

Your company is registered in the Commercial Register:
The bank only can make changes to addresses based on the entry published in the Commercial Register. After the change has been made in the Commercial Register, please contact your client advisor (in writing or by phone) so we can make the changes. Contact details can be found on your account statement.

Your company is not registered in the Commercial Register:
-> Please send by mail a written request to your client advisor to change the appropriate address.

No signatory person from your company has an online / mobile banking access:
-> Please contact us by telephone or send your request to the following email address: support.businessclient@credit-suisse.com. We will then be happy to send you the appropriate documents by mail.

To delete existing access rights, we need you to send us a written request. Please let us know whether other client relationships are also affected by the deletion.

Should you wish to delete a credit card, please send your written order in the form of a letter to Swisscard AECS GmbH, Neugasse 18, 8810 Horgen.
