As of 1 July 2024, Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG has merged with UBS Switzerland AG. From a legal perspective, this means that UBS Switzerland AG is now your contracting party. This does not currently lead to any changes in your day-to-day interactions with us, but I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you as a client of UBS!

Since the announcement of the extraordinary acquisition, we have been working tirelessly to create sound solutions for the integration of Credit Suisse clients. We are doing our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied and well looked after throughout. This is our promise, and we look forward to showing you that UBS is the right bank for you.

For legal and technical reasons, some adjustments will be necessary in the future. Rest assured, however, that we will provide you with comprehensive information and support every step of the way. At this point in time, there is no need for you to do anything.

Over time, you will also benefit from several enhancements, including twice as many available branches in Switzerland and the expanded range of UBS products tailored to your needs.

We are acutely aware of our responsibilities to you as a client, but also to Switzerland as a business and financial center, and we will operate accordingly. We see ourselves as a strong partner for both our private clients and the Swiss corporate landscape. For example, we are a partner to around 200,000 small and medium-sized enterprises and support about 1,000 pension funds as they build up their assets. We are pleased to offer proud grandparents the possibility of opening accounts for their grandchildren, while we also provide export financing expertise to over 8,000 corporate clients. And as part of our voluntary commitment in Switzerland, we support educational and cultural institutions. Also, among other community engagements, we promote youth sports through our UBS Kids Cup, and support sports at the highest competitive level.
