When will the Credit Suisse logo disappear?

  • The Credit Suisse logo will gradually be replaced and only disappear once the client migration is complete. This means, for example, that the logo will continue to appear on account statements for the time being.
     

What will happen with Credit Suisse’s sponsoring engagements?

  • The strong presence in the home market of Switzerland is also reflected in UBS's sponsorship activities. UBS has committed to working with the Swiss Football Association for the next four years until at least June 2028. With regard to our other sponsorship commitments in Switzerland, UBS has already confirmed that these will be fulfilled until 2025.
     

Be aware of fraudsters! We are currently witnessing an increase in attempted fraud. How can you protect yourself?

  • Never disclose PINs and SMS codes. Only use them to activate your own Access App.
  • Do not install remote access apps (e.g. AnyDesk and TeamViewer) on your devices under any circumstances, even if UBS supposedly asks you to do so.
  • Be careful when receiving unsolicited inquiries by email, text or phone. If in doubt, call UBS back on the official phone number.
