Credit Suisse (Lebanon) Finance SAL ("CSLF") is a financial institution incorporated in Lebanon and registered with the Central Bank of Lebanon ("CBL") on the list of financial institutions under number 42. CSLF is regulated by the CBL and by the Capital Markets Authority ("CMA"), and is subject to the rules and regulations issued by the CBL and the CMA. CSLF is a subsidiary of Credit Suisse A.G. ("Credit Suisse") and part of the Credit Suisse Group, which includes Credit Suisse and other affiliated companies.
