Credit Suisse carries on its securities business in Canada through Credit Suisse Securities (Canada), Inc., a full service investment dealer registered in each province and territory in Canada, a member of the Investment Industry Regulation Organization of Canada, a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund and a participant on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the Montreal Exchange (ME) and all other Canadian securities marketplaces. CSSC operates its private wealth management business under the trade name “Credit Suisse Private Wealth Management”.

Credit Suisse carries on the business of banking in Canada through Credit Suisse, AG, Toronto Branch, which is authorized pursuant to the Bank Act (Canada) as a lending branch of an Authorized Foreign Bank, Credit Suisse AG.

Credit Suisse carries on its commodities business in Canada through Credit Suisse Energy (Canada) Limited.
