Latest on the takeover of Credit Suisse

The legal merger between Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and UBS Switzerland AG on July 1, 2024, formed the prerequisite for the transfer of client relationships in Switzerland. This is largely planned for 2025. Our goal is to make the transfer as simple as possible, with it being largely automated. We will continuously and transparently inform about the further steps of the integration.

The strong presence in the home market of Switzerland is also reflected in UBS’s sponsorship activities. UBS has committed to working with the Swiss Football Association for the next four years until at least June 2028.
