International covered bond programme
Credit Suisse AG has merged with and into UBS AG, with UBS AG being the absorbing company which will continue to operate following completion and Credit Suisse AG being the absorbed company which has ceased to exist upon completion. By operation of law, Credit Suisse AG's assets, liabilities and contracts, as well as all of Credit Suisse AG's rights and obligations under such contracts, have been transferred to UBS AG in their entirety.
