Hudson Clean Energy (“Hudson”), a strategic alliance between an independent management team and Credit Suisse, is focused on private equity and equity-related investments in renewable power, alternative fuels and energy efficiency in compelling high growth sectors that include, but are not limited to, wind and solar energy, biofuels, biomass and energy efficiency and storage. Hudson seeks to capitalize on the significant and growing worldwide demand for capital to fund the expansion of clean energy technologies, much of which has been mandated by governments on a global basis.
