Bank Credit Suisse (Moscow)

Credit Suisse has been active in Russia since 1991. At present, Credit Suisse main operational unit in Russia is closed joint stock company "Bank Credit Suisse (Moscow)" that holds a general banking license of the Central Bank of Russia and broker, dealer and custody licenses of the Federal Financial Markets Service. The bank participates in the deposit insurance system recently established in Russia. Bank Credit Suisse (Moscow) offices are located at 4 Romanov Pereulok, Moscow, Russia.

Bank Credit Suisse (Moscow) provides valuable support for Credit Suisse Russian investment banking, securities operations and research. In recent years, Credit Suisse had participated in a number of important transactions, including the acquisition of a 7.6% in LUKOIL by ConocoPhillips in a privatization auction, had been a joint bookrunner for the IPOs of Sistema, Novatek, Pyaterochka and Evraz Group, and had arranged a number of Eurobond issues for the largest Russian corporations and banks.
